We are very happy to inform you that after 20 years cultivated in thermoforming packaging and most importantly, with the support from our customers, Formpaks is building their third factory in Kunshan City to complete the supply chain to the east coast of China.

With the successful Dongguan factory management experiences and the customers' demand for good quality packages in the east costal China area, Formpaks has decided to build its third factory in Kunshan with full confidence. Kunshan is in the middle of Suzhou and Shanghai cities with 30 minutes to Suzhou and 60 minutes to east Shanghai.  

Kunshan factory will have 200MT/month capacity and 10 thermoforming lines. More importantly, we will root our core value, the tooling department, into this factory.  Kunshan factory builds in house digitalized tooling departments by equipped with 3D digitalizer, CNC trimming machines and the experienced Taiwanese engineers stationed in Kunshan to support our customers from the design, prototype to quality production.

Taipei, Dongguan and Kunshan Formpaks all operate daily on an ERP system. No matter where the factories and the customers are, the information is consistent and the accessibility on line is well controlled.
